FV1 - FV4
After producing cars for Simca and Ford the boss of FACEL - Jean Daninos - decided to make cars under his own label (You will find them familiar with the former Fords an Simcas).
V8 Cabriolets
Eleven V8 Cabriolets were made by FACEL, some more during the years by private people. Even HK 500 and one Facel II were changed to a Cabriolet!
HK 500
The HK 500 was the most popular FACEL VEGA, built from 1958 untill 1961. 489 cars were made by the Factory.
Excellence
The Excellence was the only FACEL produced as a 4-door Hardtop Coupe. It was made from 1956 until 1964 with different CHRYSLER engines.
Facellia Coupe and Cabriolet
The FACELLIA should be the FACEL to earn money with and became a desaster. This nice car had engine problems with the 4-cylinder engine designed by FACEL and Pont-à-Mousson.
Facel II
In my opinion the best FACEL ever made, although the English call the Facel 6 the best one! This car was made from 1962 until 1964 - 1 prototype and 189 exemplares and one last is said to be made from the parts left in the factory after closing it by law.
Facel III
This car was a reliable car with nice design - but could not change the trend against FACEL.

The last FACEL VEGA was equipped with an Austin Healey engine. This type was produced in 1964 beside the Facel III. They made 32 cars of this type, Coupes and Cabriolets.
